Our products can be delivered to all locations, including remote areas. However, additional delivery time may be required for these destinations.
The estimated delivery dates are calculated from the shipment date and expected transit time. Incorrect shipping addresses, adverse weather, customs procedures, and other unforeseen circumstances outside our control may affect these delivery times.
Please also note that import duties, taxes, and any other applicable fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Acknowledgment: Once the payment process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. This email confirms that order processing has started.
Order Payment and Fulfillment: All transactions are processed in USD at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay in your local currency, your bank will handle the conversion from USD. Normal order processing takes 1 to 4 business days, including verification, packaging, and shipment to the postal service. After processing is complete, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Separate Deliveries or Shipment: To improve delivery speed, items from multiple purchases may be shipped separately depending on product availability. This helps ensure each item arrives as quickly as possible. If your order is affected, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
Order Amendments and Cancellations: You may cancel your order or change the quantity or shipping address before 9:00 PM EST. For assistance, please contact us at contact@voyabarefootstore.com, available 24/7. Modification or cancellation requests must be submitted before 9:00 PM EST because orders are processed promptly. Once an order is in process, changes cannot be made.
